2$20 per player to enter the draft pool. 100% of entry fees feed the player-funded prize pool - Check Up takes zero. Top 4 teams paid: champion 60%, runner-up 25%, two conference finalists split 15%.
No. Triple Threat is a draft league - Players sign up solo and get drafted onto one of 14 franchises on Draft Night (Sunday, June 7).
Verification
2Sign in with Discord, we auto-link your Xbox or PSN from your public Discord connections. Under a minute.
The bot catches it within 24 hours and locks the account until you pay the $10 gamertag-change fee (per the Triple Threat rulebook). Ignoring it locks you out of ranked, Discord, and the prize pool.
Rules & Rulings
2The bot does. Every rule is defined in the platform. Appeals are reviewed by a second bot pass, not a person. Same standard for every team, including the founders.
Not Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, or Tennessee. State laws on entry-fee competitions are murky there. Registration is geofenced.
Payouts & Legal
3Through Trolley. Fill out a W-9 the first time you win over $600 in a year. Service Plug Events LLC is the payer of record, reported as 1099-MISC Box 3. (ModernGrindTech powers the platform; the operating entity is SP Events.)
Appeal it. The bot re-runs the data. If the appeal stands, the match is reversed. No human has the authority to override routine enforcement.
If we cancel a league before the first regular-season match is played, every entry refunds in full. Once the season tips off (Mon Jun 8), entry fees are non-refundable - they're already in the prize pool committed to the winners. See the rulebook for the full refund policy.

From Atlanta Flight to Seattle Harbor, all fourteen franchises are confirmed. Owners lock their rosters, free agents enter the pool, and the Draft Lottery sets the pick order live on June 5 - then Draft Night follows Sunday June 7 at 8 PM EDT. This is the first fully franchise-based 3v3 season Check Up has run, and spots are first-come.
